These Terms of Service explain how document processing, notarization, shipping, and liability policies apply when working with Apostille365.

You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful; and that your use of the services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Apostille365 may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the platform to any entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service and the platform is revoked in such jurisdictions.

ELIGIBLITY

You may use the website and services only if you can form a binding contract with Apostille365, and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

By scheduling an appointment, submitting documents, authorizing payment, or by using our services, you agree to the following Terms.


PROFESSIONAL APOSTILLE & NOTARY SERVICE SCOPE (ORLANDO, FL)


Apostille365 assists individuals, families, and businesses through this website the following services:

  • Apostille processing for documents used internationally
  • Florida notary services and document certifications
  • Translation coordination and document preparation
  • Guidance for state and federal apostille requirements

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES FOR APOSTILLE PROCESSING


Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and authentic documents.
  • Verify spelling, names, and destination country requirements.
  • Confirm whether notarization or translation is required before apostille submission.

Apostille365 is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation supplied by the client.


PAYMENTS AUTHORIZATION & PROFESSIONAL FEES

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing payment for the plans and services. apostille365 reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing payment for plans and services. Payment will be debited from your credit card or debit card immediately on you placing the order for the

Payment confirms authorization for Apostille365 to begin processing services.

Professional service fees cover:

  • Administrative handling
  • Document preparation
  • Coordination with government agencies
  • Office processing support

Government fees, courier charges (FedEx, DHL, USPS), translations, and third-party costs may be billed separately unless specified.

DOWNTOWN ORLANDO OFFICE POLICIES & APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

To maintain a professional and secure environment near the Orange County Courthouse:

  • Certain services require scheduled appointments.
  • Federal apostille services and complex cases may be appointment-only.
  • Apostille365 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if documentation is incomplete, fraudulent, or if behavior is disruptive or non-compliant with office policies.

Apostille365 reserves the legal right to refuse notarization if statutory requirements are not met.

FLORIDA NOTARY SERVICES COMPLIANCE

All notarizations comply with Florida notary laws.
Clientsmay be required to:

  • Appear in person.
  • Present valid government-issued identification.
  • Sign documents voluntarily.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the administrative nature of document processing:

  • Service fees are non-refundable once work begins.
  • Present valid government-issued identification.
  • Sign documents voluntarily.

SHIPPING, DOCUMENT HANDLING & $100 LIABILITY CAP

When shipping is requested, Apostille365 acts solely as a facilitator using third-party carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Apostille365 is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or international transit issues.

If a document is lost while directly under Apostille365’s handling and a valid claim is approved, the maximum compensation payable shall not exceed $100 USD per service order, unless additional declared value coverage or insurance was purchased in writing at the time of service.

DOCUMENT STORAGE & PICKUP POLICY

Clients must arrange pickup or shipping within a reasonable timeframe after completion. Apostille365 may apply storage or administrative handling fees for documents left unclaimed beyond standard pickup periods.

NO GUARANTEE OF INTERNATIONAL ACCEPTANCE

An apostille verifies the authenticity of a signature or seal — not the content or acceptance of a document

Foreign governments, universities, employers, and institutions may impose additional requirements. Apostille365 does not guarantee approval or acceptance outside the United States.

THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS.

“Third-Party Materials” means any content, images, videos, texts or other material that is owned by a third party, such as stock images, videos and texts. Such Third-Party Materials are subject to the applicable third-party terms and licenses may only be used as permitted by such terms and licenses.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apostille365 excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to  Apostille365 and  Apostille365 shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

  • The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of The Website or any product or service purchased through the website;

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Apostille365 from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

  • Your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein.
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
  • Your use of the Apostille365 services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apostille365’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, with a maximum claim value capped at $100 USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We may change the website and these terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these terms. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and any changes will supersede all previous versions of the terms. Unless otherwise specified herein, all changes to these Terms apply to all users take effect. Furthermore, we may terminate this agreement with you under these Terms at any time by notifying you in writing (including by email) or without any warning.

This agreement together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Apostille365, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Apostille365 concerning and governs your use of the platform and website.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES – ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Orange County, Florida.

You agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the Apostille365 website and services, may be resolved through arbitration that will be regulated under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Orlando, Orange County, Florida.

You understand that you voluntarily and without restrictions waive certain rights, including the right to proceed with an action in court, the right to a jury trial, a trial with a judge, the right to an appeal, the right to a wide discovery. And I accept that the arbitration or an arbitrator will be the one who decides a case, not a jury or a judge.

Arbitration will be the only means to resolve, mediate for the purpose of resolving any dispute, controversy or claim of a judicial process or any other means, for which you waive your rights.

If you do not wish to use our services, please do not access our platform or register on our site so as not to be compromised or obligated to our services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. These terms set forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter therein.

FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms are governed by the USA law. Use of our website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

Our performance of these Terms is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms limits our right to comply with law enforcement or other governmental or legal requests or requirements relating to your use of our Platform or information provided to or gathered by us with respect to such use.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired.
